Compete 4 Your Seat™ is just a matching service that matches consumers with travel agents and suppliers. Compete 4 Your Seat™ is a paid lead service, we make no money for any travel transactions via our website. Compete 4 Your Seat™ makes money by charging Agents to use our service. Compete 4 Your Seat™ bears no responsibility in the event of nonpayment of travel services rendered or any other financial obligations to you by any party. In no event shall Compete 4 Your Seat™ be liable to you for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, lost data, delays, lost profits, loss of revenue or any other economic loss, cost or expense arising from or related in any way to your use of our website, whether arising out of contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, even if Compete 4 Your Seat™ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
